Breakdown costs are covered with every policy as standard. This means we will cover the costs of a taxi to get you and your scooter home up from up to a 20 miles radius from your registered address or your holiday home. You are only able to claim recovery costs if your scooter has broken down due to an insured event. 

However, our Breakdown Recovery service is available 24/7 and ensures that we can provide assistance and/or recovery to you within a 20-mile radius of your home, holiday home, or vehicle. If our recovery team is unable to fix the issue at the scene, we will transport you to your home or a nearby repair shop.
