If you purchase additional Breakdown Recovery service it is available 24/7 we provide assistance and/or recovery to you within a 20-mile radius of your home, holiday home, or vehicle. If our recovery team is unable to fix the issue at the scene, we will transport you to your home or a nearby repair shop.

You are only able to claim recovery costs with our standard policy if your scooter has broken down due to an insured event, such as being involved in an accident. This means we will cover the costs of a taxi to get you and your scooter home up from up to a 20 miles radius from your registered address or your holiday home.
