What is Surewise National Scooter Database?
Our Scooter database is used for security and a deterrent against theft for your scooter. We know that mobility scooters for many people are a means of getting from A to B so we are aiming to make our insurance safer and more secure in any way possible to help our customers feel at ease.
We are offering two Scooter Stickers that will need to be attached/stuck onto a visible part of your scooter. These are a bright green sticker that will show you are insured with us here at Surewise. These stickers display a number to call in the event of your scooter being lost or stolen, and anyone is able to call to let us know. All we would need to know is the Serial number and Model of your scooter to add onto our new database.
How do I register my mobility scooter
You can do this yourself online, if you go to our website Surewise.com and go straight to our Help Centre in the top right hand corner and use the search bar to enter 'Scooter' and then select the 'National Scooter database' on the drop down menu and enter your details.
Alternatively, uou are able to call our customer service team on 01268 200 020 (9am - 5pm Monday - Friday) or send your request via email to [email protected], we can then add these details onto our database in a flash, and within 5 working days you will be sent two stickers in the post.
Finally if you are already logged into your MyAccount on our website then you will be able to go to the option 'Manage Policies', click 'View Policy' then 'Policy & Payment Information' and then scroll down to add our serial number and model into the system. You also will then receive your two scooter stickers in the post within 5 working days.
