Our scooter database is used for security and a deterrent against theft of your mobility scooter. We know that mobility scooters are an essential tool that facilitates independent travel and enhances overall quality of life, so we are aiming to make our insurance safer and more secure in any way possible to help our customers feel at ease.

We are offering two stickers for your mobility scooter that will need to be attached/stuck onto a visible part of your scooter. These are a bright green sticker that will show you are insured with Surewise. These stickers display a number to call in the event of your scooter being lost or stolen, and anyone is able to call to let us know. All we would need to know is the Serial number and Model of your scooter to add to our new database.

How do I register my mobility scooter?

If you have a Surewise policy, you can do this yourself in My Account. Simply login and select the 'Manage My Policies' button, select the policy you wish to update and select the 'Manage Scooter Details' option from the 'How can we help?' drop down.

Here you can update your Serial number, make, model and colour.

Alternatively, email [email protected], with your mobilty scooter details and we will update our database and within 5 working days you will be sent two stickers in the post.
