How do I make a claim on my Mobility Insurance policy?

You must notify us as soon as possible and within 31 days after any incident likely to result in a claim.

Here are the most important things you need for a Mobility Insurance claim:

Documentation:

Photos of the damage to your vehicle
Police report (if accident, theft, or vandalism involved)
Medical records if you were injured
Witness contact information and statements

Policy Information:

Proof of purchase (receipt, handbook or photos)
Your insurance policy number and contact details
Details of other party's insurance (if applicable in accident)

Immediate Actions:

Report the claim to Surewise immediately
Don't repair or dispose of the damaged vehicle until assessed
Get a crime reference number if reporting the incident to the Police
Seek medical attention if injured, even if injuries seem minor

Key Details to Record:

Date, time, and exact location of incident
How the damage/incident occurred
Serial number, make and model and year of your vehicle if possible
Estimated repair costs (get quotes if requested)
