How do I update my personal details?

You can update your contact details using My Account. Once logged in select the 'Manage Account Info' button. Here you can update personal details including your name and contact details. You can also manage payment information and passwords.

The best way to contact Surewise is by using the 'Send us an Email' option below. We will update your details and confirm by email once completed. Or you can give us a call on 01268 200020 (please note peak times are between 09:00 and 11:00).

Our normal working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 16:00 Friday.
