How do I update my personal details?

You can update your contact details using My Account. Once logged in select the 'Manage Account Info' button. Here you can update personal details including your name and contact details. You can also manage payment information and passwords.

If you prefer to send us an email please use the 'Send us an email' option further down this page. We will update your details and confirm by email once completed.

Our normal working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 16:00 Friday.
