How do I cancel my policy?

For all our products you cancel a policy within the 14-day cancellation period as long as there are no claims pending. Cancellations will receive a full refund during this period.

If you are outside the 14 day cancellation period please send us an email with your policy number, postcode and the date you would like your policy cancelled.

You can cancel your policy by logging into My Account. Simply Login, view your policy and select cancel.
