How do I cancel my policy?
Online Cancellation (Recommended)
- Log In to My Account
- Select "Manage My Policies"
- Select the policy you wish to cancel
- Choose "Cancel Policy" from the dropdown menu
Cancel a policy by email
- Use the "Contact us by email" form below
- Include your policy number and the date you would like your policy to cancel.
Important Cancellation Information
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
A full refund is available if your policy is cancelled within 14 days of the purchase date.
After 14 Days
A 30 day notice period is required for cancellation after 14 days of the purchase date. A partial refund or pro rated adjustment may apply.
