How do I cancel my policy?

Online Cancellation (Recommended)

  1. Log In to My Account
  2. Select "Manage My Policies"
  3. Select the policy you wish to cancel
  4. Choose "Cancel Policy" from the dropdown menu

Cancel a policy by email

  1. Use the "Contact us by email" form below
  2. Include your policy number and the date you would like your policy to cancel.

Important Cancellation Information

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

A full refund is available if your policy is cancelled within 14 days of the purchase date.

After 14 Days

A 30 day notice period is required for cancellation after 14 days of the purchase date. A partial refund or pro rated adjustment may apply.
