How do I cancel my policy?
Online Cancellation (Recommended)
- Log in to your online My Account
- Click "Manage My Policies"
- Select the specific policy to cancel
- Choose "Cancel Policy" from the dropdown menu
Cancel a policy by email
- Use the "Send us an email" form below
- Include your policy number
- Specify the desired cancellation date
Important Cancellation Information
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
A full refund is available if your policy is cancelled within 14 days of the purchase date.
After 14 Days
A 30 day notice period is required for cancellation after 14 days of the purchase date. A partial refund or pro rated adjustment may apply.
