How do I cancel my policy?

Online Cancellation (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your online My Account
  2. Click "Manage My Policies"
  3. Select the specific policy to cancel
  4. Choose "Cancel Policy" from the dropdown menu

Cancel a policy by email

  1. Use the "Send us an email" form below
  2. Include your policy number
  3. Specify the desired cancellation date

Important Cancellation Information

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

A full refund is available if your policy is cancelled within 14 days of the purchase date.

After 14 Days

A 30 day notice period is required for cancellation after 14 days of the purchase date. A partial refund or pro rated adjustment may apply.

The best way to contact Surewise is by:

  1. Using the 'Send us an Email' option below - include your policy number and postcode, and we will email your documents to you.
  2. Calling us on 01268 200020 (please note: peak times are between 09:00 and 11:00).
