How do I turn on auto-renew?

Our auto-renewal setting has been developed to make managing your policies easy and hassle-free. It’s a simple way of reducing admin and making sure there are no gaps in your cover.

Because some customers have concerns about having a setting that automatically renews when a policy expires, we have put together some FAQ’s to assist you in making the decision to set your policy to auto renewal.

How do I turn on auto-renew? Log into My Account Select Manage My Policies and click on the policy you wish to manage and choose Turn On Auto-Renew.

Will your prices go up? We have kept our prices the same for the last 5 years, and we’re working hard to keep doing so, so we’re not expecting any price increases, despite inflation rates going up. Rest assured that we will communicate clearly with you should that not be the case.

What are the benefits of auto-renew? It saves the hassle of having to remember to renew with us when your policy comes to an end as well as ensuring that you are staying covered.

Can I still cancel my policy if I change my mind? Yes absolutely! We have zero cancellation fees and we offer pro-rata refunds, so that you can cancel any time.

Is there another way to do this? Yes, absolutely, you can give us a call and we can assist you over the phone to turn this on for you.
