1. Fire, lightning, explosion, or earthquake
2. Aircraft and other flying devices, or items dropped from them
3. Storm, flood, or weight of snow
4. Escape of water or other liquids from fixed water tanks, apparatus, or pipes (Containers Not included)
5. Theft or attempted theft where entry or exit was by forcible and violent means
6. Collision by any aircraft, vehicle, or animal
7. Any person taking part in a riot, violent disorder, strike, labour disturbance, civil commotion, or acting maliciously
8. Falling trees, telegraph poles or lamp posts
9. Moths, insects or vermin from a source outside of the premises
10. Subsidence, collapse or partial collapse of the storage facilities building
11. Smoke
