How do I update my Storage address?

You can update your Storage Facility address in My Account. When you login to My Account, select ‘Policy Details’ and click the ‘Edit’ button next to Covered Addresses.

Or you can send an email to our Customer Service team using the ‘Contact Us’ section below. Our Customer Service team will update your details and email a new Certificate of Insurance with your updated details.

When moving your items in Storage, please check your policy wording to make sure you have suitable cover.
