If you decide that you haven't insured your possessions for the right amount or add more things to your unit, you may want to adjust the cover levels on your policy. 

There are two ways to do this, either to do so immediately via our contact centre or to change your limits when your policy renews. 

Obviously, it's important to make sure you have the correct cover amounts in place for what is stored in your unit at any time, so please make sure you contact us to adjust your policy if you are underinsured at any time.

You can contact our contact centre using the methods here. Please note your cover levels are not in place until you have had confirmation from our team. 

Amend On Renewal

If you only plan to increase the value of what you have stored when your policy renews, you can click 'Change My Policy' in our quick renew system, which allows you to re-quote your renewal for the new cover levels that you need.

You can do this when you receive your renewal email from us.
