FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT
Home Insurance
What is Employers Liability?
This section is included as standard with our Home Insurance, and it provides you with cover in the event that you are liable to pay out legal fees or compensation to someone you have employed (gardener, cleaner, builder etc). For example; if you hired a gardener and they were to injure themselves whilst on your property - this would cover the fees incurred if they made a legal claim against you.
