Is the cost of appliance parts covered?

Yes!

Our service covers all call-out, parts and labour charges up to the maximum per claim limit of your policy, less your excess.

All repairs have a 3 month re-call period if the same issue that you originally reported arises again and claims are unlimited up to the maximum per claim limit as below: 

Single Item cover: £300

Bronze cover: £200

Silver cover: £300

Gold cover: £800

When making a claim, the claims handler decides whether an inspection of the appliance is required.  They will then ask you for the payment of the excess by debit or credit card and make the necessary arrangements for the appliance to be inspected. The excess is retained and deducted from any settlement for a valid claim.

Excesses amounts per policy type:

Single Item excess: £30 (£60 over 5 years old)

Bronze excess: £20 (£40 over 5 years old)

Silver excess: £30 (£60 over 5 years old)

Gold excess: £35 (£70 over 5 years old)

Note: Our policies are subject to an increased excess should one or more of your registered appliances be over 8 years old. The excess would then be:

Single Item excess: £80

Bronze excess: £60

Silver excess: £80

Gold excess: £100
